Next saturday, March 31st at 830pm is Earth Hour – an initiative started by the WWF to bring people from around the world together to focus on what we can do ourselves and together for the environment.
For this years Earth Hour, my good friend Janine and her colleagues at WWF’s Southern African Sustainable Seafood Initiative (SASSI) have issued a challenge for people to host candlelit dinners during Earth Hour using sustainable seafood. I’m a big supporter of the initiative and so I will be hosting a dinner to try some new recipes using my favourite sustainable fish.
In return the SASSI team are going to organise a concert for all involved (see the link)! I’m lucky enough to have heard Janine sing a number of times, so this should be awesome 🙂 Check out the website to pledge your support and share photos and recipes.
